RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Bluelue will accept unworn or defective merchandise for refund or exchange, within 30 days of when you receive your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you elect to exchange your item, Bluelue will cover the shipping back to you. Bluelue does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke, and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.

How should I send back my return?

After contacting us, please return the item(s) via your preferred shipping method. If you prefer we can provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.
 
Please note, packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide a guarantee of delivery. Bluelue is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We recommend UPS or FedEx for reliable delivery.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
